All Talently staff will work in your local timezone. EST, CST MST, or PST it doesn’t matter. They are working a full 40-hour work week.
All of our talent is based in South Africa. We have talent that works from home and from our office in Johannesburg.
We recommend placing a Talently staff for a minimum of 3 months to ensure they ramp up appropriately. But the offshore staffing terms are monthly.
